International shipments (if and when offered) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country; such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Due to the nature of our products and custom or specialised solutions, all sales are deemed final unless otherwise expressly stated by us in writing in the applicable quotation, purchase order, invoice, or contract.
Requests for returns or refunds must be submitted within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the product, unless otherwise specified in writing. These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles
Subject to any mandatory statutory dispute resolution provisions, you agree that the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services. You hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts, including any objection based on inconvenient forum.
